We will exhibit at Bio Japan 2023.

We will be exhibiting at “Bio Japan 2023,” one of Asia’s largest partnering events, to be held at Pacifico Yokohama from Wednesday, October 11, through Friday, October 13.

At our center’s exhibition booth, we will introduce the center’s activities and research and development projects.

In addition, the Muroran Institute of Technology COI-NEXT “Ashiru-Toita: Co-creation Hub for New Food Values that Resonate with Mind and Body,” the University of the Ryukyus COI-NEXT “Hub for Realizing an Environmental and Tourism Island Connected by Food Transformation (FoodX),” and the “Science of Fermentation” idea contest for National College of Technology students, organized by the laboratory of Professor Ogasawara, the project leader of this hub.

In addition, on Wednesday, the 11th, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the Main Stage, Project Leader Ogasawara, Professor Tokuraku (COI-NEXT Project Leader at Muroran Institute of Technology), and Professor Taira, COI-NEXT Project Leader at the University of the Ryukyus, will introduce their respective centers. The three project leaders will also participate in a panel discussion centered on the themes of “food,” “sustainability,” and ”resource recycling.”
