The Nagaoka Bioeconomy Consortium General Meeting for Reiwa 7 was held.

The Reiwa 7 Nagaoka Bioeconomy Consortium General Meeting was held on Wednesday, April 23, at Aore Nagaoka.

Regarding the university’s efforts toward social implementation in collaboration with companies, Senior URA Suzuki and Chief URA Tashiro presented the university’s initiatives to realize the bioeconomy through the development of the Co-creation Hub (Innovation Commons).

We introduced the Co-creation Hub for Realizing the Bioeconomy (Regional GX Innovation Co-creation Center) and provided an update on its development status. We also presented the technologies available at the DXR (DX: Digital Collaboration + XR: Technology Merging the Real and Virtual Worlds) Manufacturing Open Innovation Center, as well as its rental labs.

In addition, presentations were given on manufacturing support programs offered by Niigata Prefecture and NICO, as well as an activity report from the Bridge Innovation Laboratory (BIL).

We will work together with our stakeholders to ensure that bioeconomy initiatives continue to be promoted in Nagaoka.
