I participated in a seminar hosted by the "Tohoku University COI-NEXT Center"!

February 7, Tohoku University’s Program to Support the Creation of Co-creation Spaces (COI-NEXT)"A Collaborative Hub for Fostering a Green Job Market Based on the Geopolitics of Gastronomy"I attended the 1st G-Cube Aobeki Seminar, hosted by [Organizer].

The event featured lectures and poster sessions, where young researchers engaged in lively discussions and deepened their cross-disciplinary exchanges. It was both inspiring and highly informative to see young researchers take the lead in organizing these networking opportunities to refine their research.

Going forward, we will continue to strengthen collaboration among COI-NEXT centers and further advance the activities at this center by drawing on and incorporating successful initiatives from other centers.
