Finally, the "snow room" is complete!!

On Saturday, April 12, through Sunday, April 13, we filled the “Snow Room” at our university’s Regional GX Innovation Co-creation Center with snow.

Thanks to the cooperation of many people, we were able to clear the snow without incident, and we have now prepared the environment for storing rice in the snow cellar.

We carefully store the precious rice that farmers have grown with such care in this snow cellar.
Since ancient times, it has been said that snow cellars preserve freshness and enhance flavor. Using this snow cellar, we will scientifically unravel the wisdom of these snow-covered regions. Stay tuned.
